A short onboarding form is required. It covers services, target locations, goals, and (if relevant) competitors. No calls or meetings are required. All onboarding and communication are handled through documented written communication.
Yes. Questions can be sent anytime by email. Most questions are answered within 24 business hours. Ongoing changes are typically consolidated during the scheduled 30-day review if monthly review is selected.
Yes. A page is needed that matches the ads and allows people to contact the business. Traffic is sent to the most relevant existing page.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started. If monthly review is selected, it can be canceled anytime with 30 days’ notice by email.
Google Tag Manager must be installed on the website (or by the platform support team). Once installed, all tracking setup is handled inside Google tools. No other website changes are usually required.
Yes. A product feed is required for the Product Catalog service. The feed must be provided by the website platform or site manager and usually consists of a single URL. Once provided, the feed is reviewed, validated, and connected to the Google ecosystem.
Some regulated categories require certification, additional verification, or may be restricted by Google policies. If a category has special requirements, it will be flagged early in the setup.
No. There is no required minimum. The budget can be increased, reduced, or stopped anytime.
Google Ads is paid directly by the client through their own business billing profile.
Yes. The account and all data belong to the business. The client retains full admin access at all times. Our agency is granted separate admin access to complete the setup and, if purchased, provide monthly review.
Initial setup typically takes 7-10 business days once the onboarding form is submitted. Results depend on the industry, local competition, and existing demand. No fixed timeline can be guaranteed.
No. Monthly review is optional. One month is included with the initial setup and does not renew automatically. If monthly review is purchased, it is billed month-to-month and renews automatically. Cancellation is possible at any time with 30 days’ notice by email.
