Yes. A website page is needed that matches the ads and allows people to contact the business. Traffic is sent to the most relevant existing page.
Yes. A product feed is required for the Product Catalog service. The feed must be provided by the website platform or site manager and usually consists of a single URL. Once provided, the feed is validated and connected to the Google ecosystem.
Visible at Search fees cover the selected setup or support service only. The Google Ads budget is separate and is paid directly to Google through the client’s own business billing profile. Billing can be configured during setup, and Google invoices can be sent directly to the client.
You simply complete a short onboarding form, 100% online. No calls or meetings are required. We handle everything else - account creation, structure, tracking, feeds and ad assets.
Yes. Questions can be sent anytime by email only. Most are answered within 24 business hours. For clients with an active support plan, budget changes and urgent fixes can be requested anytime. Non-urgent updates, offer changes and time-consuming requests are grouped into the next scheduled support cycle based on the selected plan.
Google Tag Manager must be installed on the website (or by the platform support team). Once installed, all tracking setup is handled inside Google tools. No other website changes are usually required.
Some regulated categories require certification, additional verification, or may be restricted by Google policies. If a category has special requirements, it will be flagged early in the setup.
No. There is no required minimum. The budget can be increased, reduced, or stopped anytime.
Yes. The account and all data belong to the business. The client retains full admin access at all times. Visible at Search is granted separate admin access to complete the setup and, if purchased, provide the selected support plan.
Initial setup typically takes 7-10 business days once the onboarding form is submitted. Results depend on the industry, local competition, and existing demand. No fixed timeline can be guaranteed.
No. One month is included with the initial setup and does not renew automatically. If an ongoing support plan is purchased separately, it is billed according to the selected plan and renews automatically. Cancellation is possible at any time with 30 days’ notice by email.
Service fees are non-refundable once work has started. If an ongoing support plan is selected, it can be canceled anytime with 30 days’ notice by email.
